My Background —

I grew up in Prior Lake, Minnesota, a cute lake town that is full of energy and good vibes— surrounded by my three amazing sisters and loving parents who are still going strong. Life with five beautiful blonde women under one roof was always an adventure, and it taught me how to bring fun, energy, and connection into everything I do.

My competition dance days and time as a Minnesota Vikings cheerleader fueled my love for glamor and fashion. By the time I was 10 years old, I was doing my own hair and makeup backstage—which is why I’m always ready to lend a hand to my clients to ensure you look and feel your absolute best! My goal is not only to take beautiful photographs but to make sure you’ll genuinely love how you look in the final results, just as you are!

After hanging up my pom-poms, I pursued another dream and was accepted into the School of Journalism & Mass Communications at the University of Minnesota. I studied Strategic Communication with a focus on Branding and Advertising. I had set my sights on a fast-paced career at an advertising agency, but after four years of dedicated study, I felt called in a different direction. I chose to step away from the corporate world and into entrepreneurship, driven by a desire for freedom, fulfillment, and to be a present mother above all.

When I became a mom in 2017, the spark turned into a flame, and Love Big Live Small Photography was born. Today, I’m deeply passionate about using my God-given talents and creative eye to tell life’s stories in a way that is uniquely my own style and flare.
